My name is Keith Newton-Smith, a dedicated and compassionate professional with a deep passion for empowering individuals with developmental disabilities and serious mental health challenges. With over 15 years of experience in the human services sector, my approach is rooted in empathy, innovation, and a strong commitment to improving lives. Throughout my career, I have held various roles, including Vocational/Employment Specialist, Assistant Director of Residential Services, and Senior Residential Manager, where I have honed my case management skills and developed a deep understanding of community resources.

As an authorized Self-Direction Broker, I am able to help individuals gain control over their services, ensuring they receive personalized care that aligns with their unique needs and preferences. I have always been a lifelong advocate for mental health and community integration, and my leadership extends beyond my professional roles. I continue to strive for a society where individuals can live with dignity, respect, and the support they need to thrive. I am also pursuing higher education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as I am passionate about making a lasting, positive impact in the lives of others. I hold a Master’s in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Management, which complement my extensive experience and enhance my ability to lead and support the communities I serve.
